Art Council

The Art Council is made up of enthusiastic artists who are keen to support art across the school. They will be assisting in school clubs, workshops and exhibitions. We meet regularly to share and discuss a range of ideas, suggested by the children in each class on how to promote and share art at Jerounds.

Hello, I am the Jerounds Art Captain, you may also know me as the Art Council Captain. My school role is quite important, especially for Mrs Ford who is our art teacher. We are very privileged to have her, as me and other members of the art council sometimes take up our lunch break to help her prepare for lessons. Being art captain involves other jobs such as: giving ideas for class art lessons or even drawing/writing for the school.
